Patrick is the Owner of DPK Group which is a small family based builder / General Contractor Company comprised of he, his Father David and his brother David Jr. They are All True Local Charlotte Natives and Take Pride in Building a High Quality Product while Continuing to Better the Lives of Those That Live in and Around their Community. 

Deepti Nayyar has a strong background in  Real Estate, including being a Broker, Property Manager, Landlord and Developer. She understands the industry and market needs.  Deepti owns and operates a home staging company and has served on the board of the Charlotte Regional chapter of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP ® ) in various capacities since 2017. Deepti is a UNC-CH Grad, has earned an advanced business degree from UNCC and has 12 years Investment Banking experience.  She is also a 2nd degree black belt holder in Tae Kwon Do and spends her free time with her husband and two daughters.

Meet Nick! A Winston-Salem native living in Charlotte for over 7 years, combines his passion for real estate with a strong background in sales and marketing. With over 15 years of experience as a rental property owner, he brings knowledge, strategy, and an easygoing energy to helping clients find their perfect home or investment.

A proud graduate of Winston-Salem State University, when he’s not working, you can find Nick at a concert, outdoors, on the golf course, reading a good book or enjoying family time with his wife and daughter. Graduateted with a degree in Marketing and Communication from Business school in Copenhagen.
